Step 1: Before
The used machine is selected for the recycling process.
Step 2: Stripped
The machine is stripped of all durable parts and the chassis is cleaned.
Step 3: Rear Frame
The drive mechanisms are removed for replacement, then all of the durable parts are replaced.
Step 4: Build Up 1
The exterior panels are cleaned and the chassis is reassembled and new consumables installed.
Step 5: Build Up 2
The recycled peripherals (document feeder, duplex unit etc) are fitted.
Step 6: After
The recycled machine is then soak tested and prepared for resale.
